Some cones clock out at dusk. These do not. Our reflective cones pair the same flexible UV-stabilized PVC body and weighted square base as our standard line with hi-intensity reflective collars bonded around the upper body — the wide double-band arrangement crews expect on a night lane. Headlights pick them up from well down the road, and the collars are sealed against the body so they do not peel after a season of stacking and hauling.

Your branding lives below and between the reflective bands, UV-printed straight onto the cone in your exact colors, so the cone does two jobs at once: by day it reads as your company’s equipment, by night it reads as a serious traffic device. Company names, logos and unit numbers are the common requests; production companies often add a discreet lot code so cones find their way back to the right truck at wrap.

The full-size 28-inch build is the pick for roadside and overnight film work, while the 18-inch version covers venue perimeters, garage entrances and campus paths where full road spec is overkill but darkness is not. Both stack normally with the collars on, both hose off clean, and both run in orange, white or lime bodies depending on how the cone needs to read. Mixed sizes can share one order and one artwork approval.
