If you already own a rack of plain orange cones, the fastest way to brand them is not replacing them — it is a printed collar. Ours are printed sleeves cut to slip over standard 18-inch and 28-inch cone bodies, seating snugly against the taper so they stay square without tape or ties. One person can dress a fleet of fifty cones in a few minutes at load-in, and strip them just as fast when the plain cones need to go back to plain work.

Collars are printed full color on a laminated outdoor vinyl that shrugs off sun, rain and handling, with an optional hi-intensity reflective stock when the cones work nights or roadside. Because the collar is the print surface, the artwork can be swapped without touching the cone: one set of collars for the spring race, another for the fall festival, a sponsor version for the tournament — all riding the same cones you already store and haul.

Each collar arrives flat in labeled packs, so storage is a folder on a shelf rather than another pallet in the yard. We size the die-cut to the cone model you tell us — send the height and a photo and we confirm fit on the mockup — and orders can mix artwork freely inside the same minimum, which is how sponsor packages and numbered course markers usually run. Replacement singles are easy to add to any later order.
