How to Order Custom Traffic Cones: A Checklist
Ordering custom cones is simple once you’ve made a handful of decisions. Run this checklist before you request a quote and your mockup will come back right the first time.
1. Artwork
Send the best logo file you have — vector (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) is ideal, but a high-res PNG works and we can redraw from a photo if needed. Note any colors that must match exactly (a brand or team Pantone).
2. Height
Pick the size for the job: 12″ for indoor and tabletop, 18″ for foot traffic, 28″ for general parking and events, 36″ for vehicles and perimeter. Not sure? Tell us the setting and we’ll recommend.
3. Cone color
Safety orange is the default, but lime, blue, red, pink, black, and white are all available, and we can mold custom colors. Color is a branding decision as much as a visibility one.
4. Print method
Screen-print for simple logos and the lowest per-unit cost; a full-color printed collar when the artwork is detailed or needs to wrap. See our method comparison if you’re unsure.
5. Quantity and reflective options
Our minimum is 50 cones; pricing improves as quantity grows, so order spares now if you’ll reorder. Add reflective collars if cones will be used at night or near vehicles.
