Everything you need to know before you order custom traffic cones.
What’s the minimum order?
Our standard minimum is 50 cones for a screen-printed or collar-wrapped design. Smaller runs are quoted case by case, and stock-color cones with a simple one-color logo can sometimes start lower. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll find the right path.
How long does production take?
About three weeks from an approved mockup. Rush production is available for firm dates like an event or a shoot — just flag the deadline when you request a quote and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
What sizes and colors are available?
Standard heights are 12″, 18″, 28″, and 36″. Cones come in safety orange, lime green, blue, red, pink, black, and white, and we can mold custom colors or match a Pantone at higher tiers. Printed collars can carry full-color artwork and photos.
Is the printing really permanent?
Yes. Screen-printing bonds ink to the PVC so it won’t peel like a sticker, molded color runs through the material so it can’t rub off, and reflective collars are heat-sealed. Everything is built for outdoor use and repeated handling.
Do you charge for mockups?
No. Mockups are free, with unlimited revisions until you approve the design. You only pay when production starts — no setup fees, no plate fees, no art fees, no surprises.
Can you individually number or personalize each cone?
Yes. Send us a list and we’ll add sequential numbers, lane or station labels, or asset tags to each cone individually — common for sports drills, valet lots, and fleet inventory.
