Yes. Screen-printing bonds ink to the PVC so it won’t peel like a sticker, molded color runs through the material so it can’t rub off, and reflective collars are heat-sealed. Everything is built for outdoor use and repeated handling.

No. Mockups are free, with unlimited revisions until you approve the design. You only pay when production starts — no setup fees, no plate fees, no art fees, no surprises.

Yes. Send us a list and we’ll add sequential numbers, lane or station labels, or asset tags to each cone individually — common for sports drills, valet lots, and fleet inventory.

Most orders use durable screen printing or a wrap-around printed collar that bonds to the cone. For fine multi-color artwork we can also pad-print or apply weather-resistant vinyl. We’ll recommend the method that best fits your logo, colors, and budget.

Yes. Beyond the usual safety orange we can produce cones in custom colors to match your brand, and we stock common heights from compact 12″ markers up to full 28″ and 36″ cones. Unusual sizes or PMS-matched colors are quoted case by case.

Our standard cones meet common roadway and event safety expectations, including high-visibility coloring and optional reflective collars. If you need cones for a regulated traffic-control setting, tell us the spec you must meet and we’ll confirm the right product before you order.

We ship across the continental U.S. Because cones are bulky, shipping is quoted per order based on quantity, size, and destination — it’s included in your written quote so there are no surprises. Freight options are available for large pallet orders.

For larger or recurring programs we can produce a single pre-production sample or a digital proof so you can approve color and placement before we run the batch. Sample costs are credited toward qualifying production orders.

Once we’ve produced your design we keep your artwork and specs on file, so reorders are fast — just tell us the quantity and we’ll match your previous run exactly.
